Praying for you & your family. HOPE all is going well for you.
I just read each and every entry of this website from the beginning through the 2011 Thanksgiving report. Some of them I was reading for the second time. Thank you for transparently sharing the hills and valleys of this journey with those of us who care about Matt, Lindsey, Jon, Amanda and the rest of the loved ones walking beside Matt on this path. The desire for his return to health is fervently shared by so many people, including myself. What courage and love all of you have shown, especially Matt and Lindsey. Blessings, Bonnie
Thanks Bonnie, your words mean so much!
Matt,
Greetings. I hope this is a good week for you. May you feel your strength increase. You’re certainly in our hearts and prayers.
Also, Lindsey, may you have the energy you need as you care for Matt while also tending to your own schooling and commitments.
Wishing you and your family blessings as you recover and look ahead,
Doug Nyce
Praying for both of you Matt and Jon.
Matt:
Brother Jon tells us that this last procedure should be the final lap in your marathon journey toward regaining full health. Blessings on you for this difficult last lap, thankfully accompanied by your loved ones — Lindsey, Jon, Amanda, your parents and others. You (and they) are in my heart and mind. — Bonnie
Hey Matt,
Sorry to hear about this – will be praying for you.

Dear Matt,
Aunt Irene just told me about your ALL when i returned from traveling couple days ago.
I have a good friend who is about 4 months into his treatment for the exact same thing. Same visiting hospital instructions about no plants, etc. I visited him 2-3 times during his hospital 30-day treatment for chemo back in Feb. Since you and I are not FB friends yet i’m not sure this link will work:

His prognosis was good from the beginning too. Today he is out of the hospital and doing several outpatient treatments for awhile, and feeling much better and stronger. But it WAS a journey that changed his life. His name is Terence Andre and he blogged quite a bit about it, almost daily, at this link:

Anyway, we are praying for you during this time.
I hope you get this message. And i hope we see you this summer when we visit Ohio.
Hugs and prayers,
Uncle Dusty, Irene, Bethany, Christy, Scott and Annie
